Just a little comparison. That corset wasn't doing a thing for me. Fuck I was so blind to see how big I let myself get. I started trying to lose weight back in April so I could fit in my bridesmaid dress for my bestie's wedding. I went from 176 to 167 by August and then since August 20th I've went from 167 to 152. I'm not starving myself and I eat whatever I want I just watch my serving size and calorie intake for the day using loseit.com. I've almost reached my original goal of 150. I didn't think I could do it. After I meet my goal I'll still track my food intake and if I lose more I lose it, if I don't it's fine with me.
